Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be tickled pink with your purchase from BumbleCollection.com. We are proud to offer FREE returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. The item must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached. Items that have been used will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
We are only able to handle returns or exchanges purchased directly from our website, BumbleCollection.com. Items purchased from one of our authorized retailers must be returned directly to them.
Every order sent out from Bumble Collection will contain a pack slip detailing your order as well as instructions on how to handle returns and exchanges. If your order did not contain a pack slip or the pack slip was misplaced, please feel free to email us at hello@bumblecollection.com with your full name and purchase number and we will send you a printable version of your pack slip.
Steps for a return/exchange:
- Pack your bag with pack slip inside
- Use shipping label (found on packslip) to send to us
- Voila! Upon arrival your refund/exchange will be processed and be on its way to you in 1-2 business days
